Navigator Upper Elementary (4-6) -

This year K-5 families at Navigator Elementary, Farley Hill and Country Elementary will engage in the novel, Mr. Lemoncello's Very First Game. Each family received a copy of the book. A website was created and shared with families which provide home activities aligned with story, daily trivia raffle questions with book prizes and video links of guest readers reading each chapter of the book. A theme calendar and reading schedule was sent home to each family to read along. Students will have an opportunity to meet the author at an upcoming assembly. Each school decorated to promote the carnival theme of the story. It is a fun way to celebrate March's Reading Month. Here is a link to WHMI and highlighting this activity.
