How to Request a Facility Rental
Begin by checking room availability at www.pinckney.ce.eleyo.com/facilities/calendar. Filter by school and choose your preferred room(s). If the room is already reserved, conflicts will appear on the calendar.
If your chosen day/time is open, follow these steps:
Choose “Create a New Facility Request” underneath the calendar
Sign in to your account (or create a new one)
Choose “Create a New Request” (under Account Management on the left)
Enter your information, then Continue
Filter by location/school and choose your preferred room(s)
Choose your desired date(s) and complete the form
Add any specific requests (number of tables and chairs, for example)
If you are requesting a pool party, select your preferred party time on this page. Note it is not guaranteed until you receive an approval notice.
Submit your request (you will receive a confirmation email once your request is approved)

The Pathfinder pool can be rented for birthday parties, team parties, and more! Read the instructions above, then start your rental request here.
*NEW* Weekend pool parties are only allowed during the following two-hour time slots: 11am to 1pm, 1:30 to 3:30pm or 4 to 6pm. You will select your preferred time when registering.
$225 for 2 hours (maximum of 25 swimmers)
Private use of pool, lifeguard included
Private use of party room
May bring in your own food
All food and decorations must be cleaned up prior to leaving
Tables and chairs provided for up to 30 guests (three 6-ft tables, and three picnic tables)
Please note: pool requests/approvals are dependent on lifeguard availability. Please allow at least 72 hours for a response. Guests should enter through the Complex Gym and Pool door at the back of the school.
