Good evening, Pirates!
As you’ve likely heard over the past couple of days, we’re anticipating a significant snowfall overnight, with 5-6 inches expected. This will undoubtedly create challenging conditions for our buses, student drivers, and families. With safety as our top priority, we’ve made the proactive decision to close school tomorrow, Thursday, February 13.
We understand that this is our 6th cancellation this year and recognize the strain this places on many of our working families. Please know that these decisions are never made lightly—the safety of our Pirates always comes first.
Additionally, all Community Education classes will be CANCELLED tomorrow as well. All decisions regarding scheduled athletic events will be made tomorrow by noon by the athletic department.
Thank you for your understanding, and as always, GO PIRATES!
Rick Todd, PCS Superintendent
